Codex® HiTemp Reverse Transcriptase is a uniquely engineered RNase H-minus reverse transcriptase that is designed for enhanced stability and performance under a wide range of conditions, even at low target RNA input levels. It delivers reliable reverse transcription at up to 70 °C to transcribe challenging RNA structures and is also stable at room temperature for up to five hours to accommodate automation.
