Codex® HiRev Isothermal DNA Polymerase is an engineered enzyme developed to perform RT-LAMP reactions as a single enzyme both quickly and across a range of challenging conditions, such as low amounts of starting sample and the presence of common inhibitors. With high polymerization activity and low non-specific amplification at ambient temperatures, the Codex® HiRev Isothermal DNA Polymerase is primed to enhance nucleic acid detection workflows.
