Leveraging the Enzyme-Catalyzed Oligonucleotide (ECO) Synthesis™ manufacturing platform, sequences with modified RNA building blocks and tissue-targeting moieties can be synthesized to maximize yield and purity, while adopting economically sound, scalable pathways. Our technology operates under aqueous conditions that are milder than the current solid phase oligonucleotide synthesis (SPOS) processes, thereby significantly reducing the complexity of impurities and the use of organic solvents during synthesis.
