Sequential Enzymatic Synthesis in Action

The ECO Synthesis® Manufacturing Platform applies a repetitive two-step cycle of extension and deblocking to build RNA strands. Each cycle adds a nucleotide under mild, aqueous conditions, then removes the protecting group to prepare for the next addition. This controlled approach supports full-length RNA construction, accommodates chemical modifications, and uses in-process analytics to ensure reproducibility, quality, and scalability.
