As Executive Chairman since November 2025 and President and CEO of Codexis from August 2022 until November 2025, Stephen has brought more than three decades of executive management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He currently serves as President, CEO and Board Chair of Sonoma Biotherapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing engineered regulatory T cell (Treg) therapies to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Prior to Codexis, he served as President and CEO of Sierra Oncology (NASDAQ: SRRA) through its sale to GlaxoSmithKline for $1.9 billion. Previously, Dr. Dilly served as CEO of Aimmune Therapeutics, acquired by Nestlé Health Science for $2.6 billion. Dr. Dilly has served in executive roles at Genentech, Chiron and SmithKline Beecham and has been associated with the development, approval and launch of more than twenty marketed drugs across multiple therapeutic areas. He holds both an MBBS and a PhD in Cardiac Physiology from the University of London.

Alison Moore was named President and CEO of Codexis in November 2025 after having served as Chief Technical Officer since September 2024 and as a director from 2020 to 2024. Dr. Moore brings to Codexis significant experience as a biotechnology and pharmaceutical executive, including an extensive background in biomanufacturing. She is former Chief Technical Officer of Allogene Therapeutics, a pioneering clinical-stage, biotechnology company advancing CAR-T therapies. Prior to Allogene she spent a total of 20 years at Amgen, most recently as Senior Vice President, Process Development, including roles in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Dr. Moore also has experience at Genentech as a Director in Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls, and Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology with Honors and a PhD in Cell Biology from Manchester University, England.

Georgia Erbez is a seasoned financial and operations executive who joined Codexis as Chief Financial Officer in September 2024 and added the additional role of Chief Business Officer in November 2025. Prior to joining Codexis, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Walking Fish Therapeutics, a private B cell therapy company. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Harpoon Therapeutics, a public T cell therapy company. Ms. Erbez held the role of Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Zosano Pharma Corp., and has served as Chief Financial Officer for Revolution Medicines, Asterias Biotherapeutics and Raptor Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in her career, Ms. Erbez held senior positions in investment banking at Cowen and Company and Jefferies. In addition, she was a Managing Director at Axiom Financial Partners, a life-sciences consulting firm. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Coherus BioSciences. Ms. Erbez holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations with an emphasis on economics from the University of California, Davis.

Britton Jimenez joined Codexis in July 2024 and assumed responsibility for all commercial activities across RNA manufacturing and pharma biocatalysis. He previously served as Vice President, Global Partners with Catalent Pharma Solutions, overseeing all key strategic relationships and other leadership roles at Catalent from 2022-2023, and from 2012-2021. Prior to his most recent time at Catalent, Britton was Vice President of Business Development at Mayne Pharma, managing commercial activities and driving growth of their CDMO business, ultimately facilitating its $475M sale in 2022.

Throughout his career, Britton has demonstrated exceptional leadership in motivating teams, surpassing sales targets, and implementing innovative marketing strategies that fueled business growth. He consistently builds strong client relationships and executes his strategic vision to achieve and advance corporate goals. Britton holds BA degrees from San Diego State University and California State University, Chico.

Amy Westfall brings over 20 years of successful, results-driven leadership across the biotech and high-tech industries. Amy has a strong track record in strategy, operational execution, and transforming organizations to boost business performance and foster individual growth. Her experience includes executive roles at Kardigan, Allogene, Facebook, Google, and Amgen, where she led global teams in portfolio strategy, program management, scaled support operations, and localization. Amy holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from The Wharton School, a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
