September 11, 2018 – San Francisco, CA — Companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more will be recognized by National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the San Francisco Bay Area’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards celebration on Monday, November 5, 2018 at Hotel Nikko in San Francisco in the Union Square district.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry, based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.

The annual symposium and awards program will begin with registration, networking and exhibit gallery preview at 8:00 a.m., followed by educational presentations and a community project. The luncheon and awards presentation will be emceed by ABC 7 San Francisco and will begin at 11:30 a.m., adjourning at 12:30 p.m.
Winning companies also vie for three “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards in the small, medium and large business category. The elite award winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
