Dennis Wolf

Mr. Wolf joined the Codexis Board in 2007. He has broad executive financial management experience in technology companies at the COO, CFO and Co-CEO level. A private investor, he most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO at MySQL, AB, Cupertino, CA. where he was central to the sale of MySQL to Sun Microsystems in February, 2008. A seasoned technology executive with 30 years of experience, Mr. Wolf previously was CFO for Omnicell, Inc., Credence Systems and Centigram and held senior financial management positions at Apple Computer and Sun Microsystems.
Mr. Wolf holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver. He currently also serves on the boards of Quantum and Avanex and has been a board member and chair of the audit committee for Nasdaq-listed companies including Komag and Vitria Technology.
