Life and AD&D InsuranceThis company paid benefit provides three times an employee's annual income in life and AD&D insurance.
Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilityShort-term and Long-term disability insurance are available to employees for income protection in the event an employee is disabled.
Business Travel Accident InsuranceThe company provides a comprehensive Business Travel Accident Insurance (BTA) policy to all employees who travel on company business.

Stock OptionsCodexis has a stock option program. The granting of options to eligible employees is subject to program guidelines and approval by the Board of Directors.
New employees are entitled to 20 days of flexible time off (combined vacation and sick days) annually. After five years of service, FTO increases to 25 days per year.
HolidaysCodexis employees are entitled to 11 company-sponsored holidays per year.

On-site Chair MassageOnce a month, a massage therapist is onsite to provide 15-minute massages, subsidized by the company.
On-site Food ProgramWe have an on-site subsidized lunch program and our lunchroom is stocked daily with free fruit, breakfast items, snacks, coffee/tea and espresso!
The Company's intent is to give back to the community and to allow employees to share in that effort. The Company offers additional time off to employees for volunteering and various Company-organized events. Employees are eligible for up to two days off per year to participate in company-sponsored philanthropic activities.
