Ms. Danforth is responsible for management of the company's global human resource operations. She joined Codexis in 2006 from Synarc, a global leader in medical imaging, biochemical markers and related services, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. Previously, she served as the senior human resources executive for life sciences companies including Cetus Corporation (acquired by Chiron) as well as financial service organizations including the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and GATX Capital. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and an MBA from Golden Gate University, where she also taught a course in international human resource leadership.
